It's HERE!!~My First Book ;)*

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”~ Jeremiah 29:11

When God creates us, he has a Vision in mind. As Jeremiah 29:11 states, he has PLANS for us. He sees in us what we fail to see in ourselves. He sees what we are going to be, not what we are. And everything He does during our upbringing is for the purpose of growing us into what we are meant to be. The end result is what God sees from the time he placed us in our mother’s womb. And all of the talents, gifts and abilities that he placed in us are there to help accomplish the Purpose that He has for our lives. Eventually, it is intended to prosper us, give us hope, and a future!

This book is my own unique journey of a road less traveled—but perhaps, one that is not so uncommon as I at one time believed. I share how I survived a teenage pregnancy, and overcame generational dysfunction, to raise a more stable next generation.

Using Robert Frost’s poem as a foundation, I will attempt to lead you, the reader, on a journey of self-discovery, revealing how the choices I made impacted my life—lessons I hope my readers can learn from, and develop hope in. You may feel that you have been previously stuck in a cycle that can’t be broken, but my story proves it is possible to pull off the dead weeds from your past, and regrow new roots for the future…just by making different choices in life than those of the generations before you.

I pray that reading this book blesses you as much as it blessed me to write it.

It is important in your own life that you seek to learn and understand your purpose, and then begin to walk in it, and pursue it with an unwavering faith, focusing on the end result! It's what you were made for...wasn't it?! Don't look at who and what you are now, and allow the enemy to condemn you for not getting there yet, because his job is to Deceive, Discourage, Distract, and Disrupt the purpose that God has for your life. Know that as long as you are still breathing, it's never to late to re-focus, change behaviors, and choose a different path. God is still working in, on, and through you!

Remind yourself daily that you are God's Purposed Creation, made with a vision, valuable and unique. Despite the problems you’ve faced in life, you are a beautiful, powerful, valuable creation of God. Yes, you! You can live a happy, healthy life - and it begins with renewing your heart and mind. There are certain things that only YOU can do, certain people that only YOU can reach. Maybe, like me, you will be able to one day look back over your life and see those times that God clearly had a plan and things came together for your good the way they were supposed to. Or maybe you are still seeking to find answers. Either way, God doesn’t want to keep your purpose from you. He wants you to get on the path that He laid out for you, because it is only there, within His will that you will find true fulfillment, peace, and blessings that await you.

Now the question is: when will YOU decide that it's time to step out and become who you were born to be?
